The creative services triple-crown

In 2017, I was the Marketing Director for CET Enterprises which consists of two athletic clubs (Glenbrook Raquet Club & Glenbrook Paddle Club) and a tennis equipment manufacturing company, Hoparazzi Tennis Hoppers.

Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key advisor and member of the senior management team, my primary responsibility was to drive sales and memberships using traditional and digital marketing platforms.

In addition to designing and executing all of the social, direct-mail, and email marketing campaigns for the club, I also designed new inhouse signage and developed unique promotions throughout the year.

 

A second facility devoted to pickleball was built and I was tasked with rebranding both clubs so that they are similar in appearance but uniquely their own.

 

I developed marketing strategy and was hands-on in the execution of the marketing campaigns for this rapidly growing business.

 

I attracted and nurtured new members through cross-platform branding and marketing campaigns.

 

I was often trusted to be the only client-facing representative in sales and vendor meetings.

 

Managed marketing department spending, hiring and training of new staff.

  1. Online membership registrations grew 35% in the first year as a result of email campaigns that consistently exceeded industry averages, and optimization of the ecommerce web pages
  2. Social media following grew by 10% in the first year due to creative and memorable social media campaigns and engaging, graphics-rich, social media posts
  3. Athletic club member participation doubled in the first year, as a result of refreshed branding and enticing, targeted marketing campaigns
