Delmark Records is a legendary Chicago music label producing Blues and Jazz records continuously since the 1950s.
The Challenge
I was hired to develop and manage e-mail marketing campaigns for the record label.
My Work
Working closely with the President of the label, I developed a wide range of e-mail and cross-platform campaigns.
Utilizing the Mailchimp platform I was able to manage the delivery, track the results and optimize the content over time by analyzing the analytic data available.
The Results
We were able to increase the open rate by 35% over the previous year and also generated a boost in online sales with higher conversions.
